Abstract:The article discusses the creation of situation or context in English teaching of primary schools. Performance, music, conventional teaching aids, real life, multimedia and questions can all be used to create a situation in teaching. In a successful class, these means are often combined together. The author believes that Situational Teaching can arouse student’s interest in English learning through lively situation setting and promote the intercommunion between teachers and students. Therefore, as an affective English teaching method, it is worthy of the notice of English teachers of primary schools.

中文摘要:本文討論了在小學英語教學中情景的創設。我們可以利用表演， 音樂， 常規教具，真實的場景，多媒體以及提問來創設情景。情景教學法通過創造活潑的真實的情景不但可以促進教師與學生之間的交流還可以增加學生學習英語的興趣。在這篇文章中我主要從以下兩個方面論述，小學英語課堂的情景教學和情景創設。它不僅有情景教學的發展，更重要的是怎樣創造實用的情景。
