中文摘要：隨著改革開放的深入和全球化的發展，法律翻譯對國內外的交流日益重要。它不僅對我國的司法實踐有重要意義，也是對外法律文化交流的重要渠道。因此，準確有效地向外國人翻譯和介紹中國的法律法規已成為一項必要的任務。而法律術語的翻譯是法律翻譯中極其重要的一項。

本研究以中國法律術語為研究對象，以北大法寶的中國刑法英譯本為例，并參照美國刑法和香港法例進行分析。探究譯者應該如何在奈達的功能對等理論下對其進行翻譯。研究發現，法律術語翻譯在意義和文體維度上存在誤譯，一詞多譯等現象。針對這些問題，本文提出了直譯，選用法律翻譯常見詞匯等翻譯策略與技巧。
