中文摘要：美國在冷戰結束以后不斷向世界各國推行霸權主義戰略，企圖利用美國自身雄厚的經濟基礎和強大的軍事實力來稱霸世界。而我國作為世界最大的發展中國家，中國與美國在政治、經濟、文化等諸多方面有著密切的往來和廣泛共同利益。中美兩國只有建立穩定良好的雙邊關系，才能促使兩國不斷發展。這不僅有利于中美兩國之間的政治、經濟和文化的互通互信，更有利于世界政治、經濟和文化的穩定發展。但是，美國為了不斷鞏固其世界霸主的地位，不斷向世界各國推行其霸權主義戰略，這使得中美兩國關系始終不能步入到一個健康穩定的發展軌道上來。面對美國不斷推行的霸權主義戰略中國應當積極面對,對實現中華民族的和平崛起具有重大的理論和實踐意義。
