中文摘要:隨著中西方國家的交流不斷加深,英語在全世界范圍內廣泛運用,在學習英語的過程中,語言之間的差異阻礙了我們的理解和翻譯。因此,中國需要更加注重英語。在我看來,中國的菜肴和中國的文化是不可分隔的。如果想要傳播中國文化,那么我們需要在中國菜名的翻譯中下一番功夫。 為了更好的理解和翻譯,很多的研究者和翻譯家都有圍繞這一主題進行探討,作者在對此進行了分析并表述菜肴背后所隱藏的文化信息。首先,分析國內情況以及相關文獻,并總結了中式菜肴的特點,提出了一些原則及翻譯方法。該論文旨在促進中式菜肴在翻譯水平的提升,并希望對此方向有研究興趣的英語學習者提供參考。
