中文摘要：作為跨文化交際研究的主要課題之一，有關禁忌語的研究在當前國際化發展趨勢下受到了廣泛關注。鑒于漢語和英語分別是世界上使用人數最多和使用范圍最廣的語言，且二者在禁忌語方面存在著諸多異同，因此，筆者決定對跨文化交際中的漢英禁忌語進行對比分析。

本文以跨文化交際中的漢英禁忌語為研究對象，采用對比分析及舉例的方法，分析漢英禁忌語的相似以及不同之處，并且找出其差異背后的原因，從而挖掘中西兩種文化之間的差異。最后，本文就如何在跨文化交際中應對漢英禁忌語現象提出五點防范策略：學習和掌握差異、使用委婉語、話題回避、使用肢體語言、提問。希望本文的寫作能幫助人們在跨文化交際中更好地應對禁忌語現象，從而更好地進行跨文化交際。
